I would not consider finding another REALTOR

Matt was extremely responsive and quickly made appointments to see the properties I requested. We looked at a lot of inventory in a relatively short amount of time and he was very patient with me. He walked me through everything and made sure I understood exactly where we were in the process at all times. He also did a great job of coordinating the lender, both title companies, and the seller’s agent. I happened to buy a short sale property and Matt explained how long the process might take and exactly what was involved. He was great at following up with the seller’s agent to make sure the process of buying the property was on point and he kept the sale moving. I have absolutely no complaints and appreciated Matt’s professionalism. If I ever decide to buy another property or sale my current property, I would definitely go to Matt again. I would not consider finding another realtor.
