He doesn’t waste anyone’s time

We were recent KC transplants when we met Matt at an open house that we went to out of curiosity. We had never owned a home before and had been thinking about maybe buying, but the day we met Matt we decided to start looking. We had been so afraid of the unknown but we knew instantly that we were in really good hands with Matt. He is incredibly professional, he doesn’t waste anyone’s time, he’s honest and he’s kind. We knew we could trust him and he wouldn’t tell us something just to make a quick sale. We’ve referred him to our friends and we can’t imagine working with anyone else.
