At no point did I feel like I was forgotten

I can’t say enough about Matt! A true professional, and very honest and forthcoming. He was not afraid to tell me what I needed to hear – even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear. As for results, we listed my unit on a Saturday morning, and by Wednesday we had successfully negotiated and accepted a very reasonable offer – absolute lightning speed for the downtown KC loft market. At no point did I feel like I was forgotten or “just another seller” – he was right there with me the entire time. After the loft went to contract, he was with me every step of the way through the inspection and closing process. If I ever make it back to KC, I would not hesitate to enlist Matt’s services again.
